Vendor needs to provide mobile application development services provide development and maintenance support to mobile applications related to Army weapon and business systems including.
(1)    preferred mobile operating systems/coding languages/data storage
(2)    necessary tools and techniques
(3)    unique infrastructure requirements
(4)    cybersecurity requirements and/or impacts
(5)    Army domain lessons learned
(6)    mobile user authentication
(7)    mobile application update processes (i.e. via DISA store, Apple Store, Google Play, etc.) and dealing with frequent OS updates

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
