[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24X7 hotline services to Hotline using live Hotline operators at least during government business hours from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays, Hotline complaints can also be received by emails, faxes and online hotline web submissions, develop the initial script and call tree, the OIG will review/edit, and the contractor will finalize
- to provide Hotline complaint intake services by receiving and documenting any allegations of fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement and expeditiously forwarding the reports on to Hotline staff for disposition.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
