[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Interpreting Services to providers of sign language interpreting services on an as-needed basis.
- Interpreters for undergraduate students, graduate students, Interpreters for faculty, Team interpreter
- Preparation fees in advance of assignment
- Specialty interpreting skills (including foreign languages)
- Differential rate for holidays, weekends or evenings
- Video remote interpreting (if offered).
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 30, 2018.
(3) Bidders must have at least 10 qualified interpreters within a 45-mile radius of the University. Bidders may also identify their ability to provide video remote interpreters.
(4) A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on August 16, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
