Vendor needs to provide conducting an analysis of the current skills and organization of its workforce development professionals to identify gaps in order to lean forward in closing skill gaps and optimizing how it is organized to best meet the needs of the command to the government authority located in Patuxent River, MD.
- To conduct an assessment of industry best practices for staffing the workforce development and organizational learning function within a large, geographically disbursed organization with a wide range of skills sets and learning environments to include both blue and white-collar workers. This assessment shall include the organizational structure of this function across the enterprise, its service delivery model and the various roles and related skills needed to staff this function.
