[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive firefighter pay and benefits study services for comparison of employee versus employer contribution, comparison of post-employment health benefits cost and employer contributions including health insurance for employees who are medically retired, other health benefits specific to public safety employees, compare how accrued hours of sick leave are treated and calculated when an employee retires and develop and present recommendations and impact studies to the government authority located in Frederick, MD.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 9, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
