[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide network operations management services for cost-effective planning, engineering, construction, management and support of the high-speed network, administer fiber inventory management, location, repair services as required for those portions of the fiber used for the CCPN and administer network engineering assistance in the design, development and implementation of changes and future expansions to the network to the government authority located in Westminster, MD.
(2) A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on August 9, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be one year.
