[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide technical assistance services which may include professional development to existing charter schools and charter school development teams, technical assistance activities may include workshops for one or more schools, webinars and other activities approved by the contract monitor and develop a technical assistance program for current charter school operators planning for expansion or replications and for prospective charter school applicants to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 16, 2018

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
