[A] Budget: Up to 8,500,000 USD
[B] Scope of Service:
1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive airport acoustical services include a mix of anticipated and unanticipated tasks that may be repetitive or non-repetitive, interpret and analyse noise impacts on local development projects, conduct a review and analysis of potential noise impacts associated with any federal aviation administration procedural or air space changes and coordinate and assist in the development of citizen advisory groups, facilitate public meetings and hearings, and prepare informational brochures for noise related projects to the government authority located in Hanover, MD.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 14, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted in written no later than August 22, 2018.
(4) A contract term will be five years.
