[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide economic development marketing support services will complement and support day to day activities of the economic development department’s marketing team, which include write, post, and promote regular blog entries, write news releases for local, regional, and national distribution, write and distribute monthly e-newsletter, manage procurement of printing and collateral materials, manage local advertising procurement, develop content for brochures, handouts, and other collateral material, develop content for advertising, create presentations and manage social media pages on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Marketing Services to recommend, develop, implement, and manage an overall advertising plan for the year targeted and customized to both internal and external markets and to include digital, print, broadcast and other media as appropriate, graphic design of ads to include preparing artwork for submission and tracking advertising effectiveness and recommending tweaks to the plan to improve Performance.
- Graphic Design Services for many types of collateral marketing and communications materials including but not limited to brochures, event programs, banners, templates for reports and presentations and others.
- Monitor website performance and visitor engagement providing monthly reports and recommendation for driving traffic to the website and improving content for better visitor engagement and contractor will track website traffic and provide regular website analytics with brief analysis, provide search engine optimization, make recommendations based on SEO and economic development best practices and develop some content as needed.
(2) An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 8, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 15, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
