Vendor needs to provide landscape maintenance and management services including use of trained uniformed and properly supervised personnel and properly maintained equipment, application of regulated substances must be done in accordance with manufacturer’s directions and applicable regulations by properly licensed personnel, fertilization, debris removal, and weed control, removal of paper, grass, cans and branches from the landscape area sites during services all walkways shall be kept clear of debris to the government authority located in Takoma Park, MD.
