(1) Vendor needs to provide school youth training and employment services to prepare youth and young adults facing serious barriers to employment for participation in the labor force by providing training and other services that will result in increased employment and earnings, increased educational and occupational skills credentials, improving the quality of workforce and enhancing productivity and competitiveness to the government authority located in Salisbury, MD.
