(1) Vendor needs to provide statistical consulting services history of statistical analysis of assay qualifications to include the following analytical methods neutralization assays, competitive neutralization assays, assure that all experiments are statistically sound, determine the appropriate analysis of the data, advise on general assay validation guidelines, data analysis, perform the appropriate statistical analysis of data provided by client, assist in data reduction if needed, statistical report and make recommendations for suitable acceptance criteria and system suitability criteria to the government authority located in Bethesda, MD.
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
