[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide central collection unit with a vendor-hosted cloud based contact center solution, including internet protocol public branch exchange, automated call distribution, interactive voice response, integrated predictive dialler, call monitoring and recording system, IP phone sets both physical and soft and other necessary telecommunications equipment and services.
(2) Contract period shall be for five years.
(3) A pre proposal conference will be held on March 17, 2016.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
