(1) Vendor needs to provide investment management services:
-  Periodic investment review per policy and ongoing compliance;
-  Strategic advice on asset allocation per policy;
-  Manager search and selection;
-  Ongoing performance analysis and evaluation;
-  Ongoing communication and review process;
-  Ongoing education on trends, current market conditions and related investment topics;
-  Annual audit support;
-  Participation in joint investment advisory committee meetings;
-  Adherence to the Uniform Prudent Management of institutional Funds Act to the government authority located in St. Marys City, MD.
(2) A contract term will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
