(1) Vendor needs to provide DNA database collection kit services including outer envelope, large fta shipping and storage multi-barrier pouch, silica gel desiccant packets, individually packaged sterile foam tipped applicator, disposable fingerprint inking sheets, tamper-resistant tape shipping seal, ink remover towelette, important information sheet, DNA database information card, DNA database sample collection, etc.to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 7, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for five years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
