[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide multifamily appraisal services to perform appraisal services and to review completed rent comparability and market studies including conducts the visual inspection of subject property, determines rent and sales comparable of subject property, analyses data gathered to render a valuation of the subject property, reviews the narrative appraisal prepared by the principal appraiser, provides guidance and direction to the principal appraiser in the development of the appraisal, etc. to the government authority located in Lanham, MD.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 1, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
