[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web conferencing using the adobe connect hosted solution, turn-key solution to host large web-based events to deliver online, interactive instruction to attendees include interactive, media-rich training sessions, integrated audio via phone or VOIP, ability to stream video while seeing chat, polls, attendee list, etc., annotation tools, multiple chat windows, live links available in the presentation, multiple hosts, conduct hands-on labs to give trainees access to remote computers, applications, and simulations before, during or after live training sessions, record training sessions for unlimited future access, pre-registration of attendees if desired, offer testing and evaluation of training sessions, custom and persistent URL, live file downloads inside/during the presentation, live user feedback/polling and one to two step entry for attendees to the government authority located in Rockville, MD.
- Unlimited storage space for the recording of meetings, trainings, and events, storage of training materials and course documentation.
(2) Contract period will be one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
