Vendor needs to provide web-based network adequacy software including provides the ability for insurance companies to submit their network adequacy filings to a web based portal using a secure user id and password to limit access, stores the network adequacy filings in a secure database and provides the ability for insurance companies to review their previously submitted filings as necessary, ability to securely log on to the system and review, search and query network adequacy filings, enter data from insurance companies, and to document notes on each filing, ability to produce statistical and geographic reports to determine the extent of non-compliance and ability to generate cumulative and annual data reports.

Performance of the work will be offsite.
