[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide auctioneering services for real property assets, review and approval of cost reimbursement for marketing, photographing the property for use in advertising, advertising the property and/or auction information on the auctioneer’s internet website as well as in newspaper or other media outlets, target print advertising to the most effective regional markets and review the contractor’s proposed marketing plan and provide approval where appropriate to the government authority located in Lanham, MD.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on June 19, 2018.
(3) The term of contract will be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
