(1) Vendor needs to provide hearing and provider relations consultant services to Review information received before discussing appeal information with LISS providers and/or appellants, Prepare for informal and formal hearings by reviewing evidentiary documents immediately before hearings and being familiar with relevant information, including information in individuals’ applications, applicable laws, regulations and DDA policies, Review of provider applications submitted to Provider Relations, Assist with tracking of provider licensing information, development of educational alerts, conduct webinars and create questions and answers related to provider applications to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
(2) Contract period will be one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
