[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services and supplies for unoccupied areas including primarily of office space, bathrooms, lobbies, conference rooms, elevators or stairwells and furnish supplies are toilet paper, paper towels and replacement light bulbs or tubes, spot remover for carpet, furniture polish, window cleaner, plastic trash bags, personal hygiene supplies and foamy hand soap for restroom dispensers to the government authority located in Prince Frederick, MD.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2018.
(3) A site visit shall be held on July 6, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be for one year.
