(1) Vendor needs to provide general charter bus transportation provides procure the lowest price in accordance with specifications and documents contained herein as further described in the Detailed Specifications section of this solicitation and also provide pay for all labor, materials, vehicles, parts, equipment, delivery, travel, lodging, employee payroll and benefits, and all other supplies and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to furnishing the products or services specified herein, except where otherwise specified as being the responsibility of the City to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
(2) A contract term will be for three years.
