[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide recruitment and retention integrated marketing services for facilities, technical expertise and management in order to develop, establish, organize and maintain a national outreach and recruitment program, branding and recruitment marketing, recruiting and retaining individuals with scientific, engineering and highly technical skills; writing and creative direction, advertising, print, online media purchasing, social media communication, recruiting event registration and fee payment, graphic design and web design, include a strategic analysis of the goals and objectives of the recruitment program, identification of the target audience, development of the marketing message and recommendation of the promotion mix to ensure an adequate number of highly-qualified candidates to address the agency workforce needs.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 7, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.
(4) This bid is set aside for woman owned small business.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
