[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide student health insurance broker services for advice to ensure the program comply with federal law, support annual negotiations of rates and plans, review rate binders for accuracy, review the programs, plan design, administration and program management, recommending changes to control cost and the rate increases, review e.g. spot check to ensure correct pooling of claims, analyze and periodically share insights from carriers insurance utilization reports to the government authority located in Fort Baltimore, MD.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 5, 2018.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 30, 2018.
(4) A contract term will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
