[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, development, launch and maintain services must be compatible with mobile devices and upload upcoming events upon login, blog space for a resource spotlight, updating design, images and content to reflect necessary changes and to refresh the overall appearance of the resource website and resolve glitches to improve overall functioning of the resource website.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
