[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide special election services to provide an electronic data file, provide a bulk mailing permit for all domestic mailings, approve the voter ballot packet and voter notification packet within 7 days of receipt from the contractor, provide the names and biographies of the candidates to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on May 24,2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
