Government Authority located in Frederick, Maryland; USA based organization looking for 2 way video intercom system services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 2 way video intercom system services includes all hardware associated with connections from indoor to outdoor with support services building, ely building, administration building, elementary school building and all outdoor cameras must be weatherproof, all outdoor cameras must have HDMI output, all connections must be hardwired, no wireless connections or cloud systems will be accepted, all door connections must interact with the current system, system must have the capability to unlock the doors at each entrance, system must have the capability of doing 2 way voice communication to the government authority located in Frederick, MD.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on May 24, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
