[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide evaluation and inventory services for review and analyze the current street data, identifying any redundancies and discrepancies in the current databases, develop a preliminary pavement inventory database and any attributes, pavement condition surveys in a manner that is systematic and repeatable, using a semi-automated pavement condition data collection and ability of appropriate staff to access, analyze, and make decisions using pavement data to the government authority located in Hyattsville, MD.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 18, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
