[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fair, impartial and valid promotion processes in which officers can compete for promotion to higher rank on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Frederick, MD.
- Conduct appropriate preparatory and developmental steps to determine specific needs of three ranks such as corporal, sergeant and lieutenant.
- Establishment and maintenance of appropriate job-related testing instruments.
- Participation in the development of policies regarding consultant services for police promotion processes.
(2) A contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
