(1) Vendor needs to provide project management consulting services for assist staff and other contractors with new and established reporting and analytic projects, promote continuing medical education program, assist all aspects of current medical care data base contract, including technical assistance utilizing staff with specific expertise, data warehouse or development of a provider directory and provide specialized subject matter expertise to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
