[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide materials testing consultant services for engineering material testing services on an on call indefinite quantity basis, storm water management facilities, light to medium service roadways and parking lots, single story structures, concrete tests including standard cylinders, bituminous concrete testing, structural steel welds and other non-destructive testing as appropriate, as well as producing the associated technical reports are included and professional services for the fulfilment of the testing requirements to the government authority located in Riverdale, MD.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on May 17, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 24, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
