Vendor needs to provide communication plan and campaign services to produce a short-animated video to promote hypertension screening in the dental setting.
- Vendor also needs to provide direction, production of all animated video sequences, voice narration, editing, music and mixing, final production and delivery of both video files for use on the campaign web page and other venues.
- Identify target audience usage and behavior on social media and develop a 10 - 12week media plan to place an advertising media buy on social media to reach a campaign target audience who is already focused on health, including people who visit the dentist on a regular basis.
- Develop a media relations plan that will identify target journalists and conduct outreach to secure media coverage that will increase awareness of the Hypertension Screening.
- Utilize existing social media channels to expand the reach of the hypertension screening in the dental setting campaign brand by providing guidance on hosting Facebook Live video streaming, monthly social calendars to guide posting strategy, hosting Twitter-chats that focus on oral and overall health to spur discussion and engage the campaign audience.
- Leverage existing relationships with dental, medical, public health and social service organizations and associations to help communicate campaign messaging to the dental and medical communities.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
