[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 outreach call center and transitional support services for handle various types of calls to answer and direct calls to the appropriate specialty area on an as needed basis.
(2) Approximate average call volume will be 17,060 calls per month.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
