[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide communications and related services to aid in public education, promote public safety on its roadways and improve the level of customer service given to toll customers including development, production and implementation of public-safety and traffic-management campaigns utilizing traditional media, social media, public relations, community outreach and research, crisis communications services, website management as well as other related activities on an as needed basis.
(2) Vendor also needs to provide media planning, buying and analysis, graphic design, printing and print-management services, broadcast production services, photography services, high-resolution scanning services, direct mail and fulfilment services, evaluation of advertising results, crisis-communications services, website hosting, design and development, social-media services, email-marketing services, electronic-news-monitoring services, catering services for events, videography services to include animation services and corporate artwork.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 9, 2018.
(4) A contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
