[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide economic development strategic plan services for identification of major industries for business attraction and retention efforts, create opportunities, or minimize threats to achieve economic goals, develop benchmarks to measure future performance and define what is successful and develop measurement tools to assess, monitor, and improve the action strategies on an ongoing basis.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on May 1, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than May 17, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
