[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide pre-employment physical exams and related services including urinalysis, vitals, audiogram screening, agility testing, job description testing, hepatitis B, asbestos physicals etc. to the government authority located in Bel Air, MD.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 25, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 3, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
