(1) Vendor needs to provide brand repositioning and integrated services including qualitative and quantitative market research, with the objective of identifying the attributes of the college in planning for a strategic market and brand position, hire a marketing firm to assist with the college rebranding, repositioning and marketing efforts.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on April 26, 2018.
