[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide medical or vision, dental and stop-loss plan administration services for implementation of the savings from cost reductions to enhance and enhance the benefits package, awareness of healthcare and dental prevention strategies accompanied by health care cost reductions, improve patient health outcomes, encourage the use of providers demonstrating evidenced-based outcomes and cost-effective care, reduce emergency room visits by participants with asthma, COPD and diabetes and integrate community health workers into the overall health management of members.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 23, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 4, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be four years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
