[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide small fiber skin biopsy testing and evaluation services of this acquisition is to acquire skin biopsy testing services for a myalgic encephalomyelitis and chronic fatigue syndrome study protocol to rigorously assess the vasculature in the dermis, small fiber nerve innervation of blood vessels and other potential biomarkers such as Schwann cells, tyrosine hydroxylase positive nerve fibers, and vasoactive intestinal peptide positive nerve fibers ,interested in using these small fiber nerve biopsy findings as a step toward biomarker development, etc.to the government authority located in Bethesda, MD.
(2) The contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
