[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide scheduling management software solution system to provides an institution-wide, to supports the building of an academic, viewable schedule a full year in advance, to supports use of data analytics to forecast student needs and course demands, to provides data that works well with required facility usage reports, to improve space utilization and maximize academic resources, to permits the college to define room attributes in the scheduling system, to provide the ability to archive and include a searchable database, to provide ability to create exam scheduling.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 17, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
