Vendor needs to provide outreach and educational campaign services to empower and assist medicare beneficiaries, families and caregivers to prevent, detect, and report health care fraud, errors, and abuse through outreach, education and counseling, introduce senior medicare patrol program to its viewership, educate seniors, families, and caregivers how to recognize, prevent, and report medicare fraud, recruit volunteers to help the department achieve senior medicare patrol program goals, highlight potential fraud activities associated with the mailing of new medicare cards to all medicare beneficiaries starting in April 2018 and alert seniors about potential fraud during the annual medicare open enrollment period.
