(1) Vendor needs to provide procurement of consultant services for identification of all essential functions, and prioritization to determine mission essential functions, essential supporting activities , and reconstitution activities, leadership briefing with the bureau head, and division and section chiefs and data collection through planning workshops and interviews with staff of each division that carries out any component of an essential function and engagement with external partners as needed to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
(2) Contract period will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
