[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide media relations monitoring, planning and measurement software to distribute, store and track news releases, feature stories, press conferences or events, and to provide analytics or measurements to track goals, establish a long-term contract to use a public relations management system and significant media contact database maintained by the public relations management company SaaS that can be accessed from multiple devices from the internet, reporting capabilities with standard reports and customizable reporting features, support mobile devices, query mechanism for users to find stored data based on multiple search criteria, query mechanism for users to find stored data based on multiple search criteria, live two-way interaction by telephone with contractor personnel, user friendly and intuitive software user interface, robust data maintenance and security procedures and social media tracking that Facebook and Twitter, the ability to tag social media posts, comments and mentions to allow categorizing and tracking of specific topics, projects, etc.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 4, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be three years.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
