[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide private assets secondary sales advisory services including evaluate the system’s current portfolio of private market assets, including private equity, private credit, and private real estate funds, work with staff to understand which assets are considered to be non-core and are likely candidates for sale, listing of potential assets to be sold along with expected secondary market valuations based upon the advisor’s knowledge of the secondary markets, analyze the various structures and strategies , documentation and obtaining all of the required approvals from the fund managers and general partners to facilitate the sale, sales process and facilitate the transfer of the assets from the System to the buyer or buyers etc. to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
