(1) Vendor needs to provide waterproofing and restoration consulting services for water intrusion investigation, assessments and condition studies, developing maintenance procedures, evaluation and testing of existing conditions or materials, evaluation and testing of new material for use in projects, constructability reviews and construction administration to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on March 27, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be three years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
