(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology research and advisory services for access to created and published technology research reports in specific market categories, subscription-based advisory services regarding IT strategy and planning, bulletins and summaries of IT industry issues, question-and-answer-based technology market research consultations and events sponsored by the contractor pertaining to technology analysis to the government authority located in Crownsville, MD.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on March 30, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than April 2, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be five years.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
