(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental compliance and services for soil removal and replacement, subsurface investigation, emergency spill response, facility improvements, facility improvements, hazardous waste management and disposal, waste characterization and sampling and underground storage tank compliance to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
