(1) Vendor needs to provide entry-level fire recruitment and hiring consultant services for entry-level fire fighters every two years, number of vacancies in each recruiting class varies, generally between forty to forty-five new hires, recent recruitments received more than 2,500 applicants for those forty to forty-five (40-45) vacancies including analysis of job qualifications, recruitment strategies, written test scores, oral interview process, background screening, etc. to the government authority located in Annapolis, MD.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on March 29, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
