[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide self-help videos service to educate the general public on three legal topics like child custody, child dependency and expungement of criminal records including a combination of live action, graphical elements, voiceovers and music, videos may also be closed captioned in English and Spanish to the government authority located in Annapolis, MD.
(2) Vendor also needs to provide scripts, storyboards and video production services for the development of sixty (60) minutes of materials for the access of juvenile and family services program.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on Mach 20, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
