[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide student health insurance service for eligible students, will consist of mandatory enrollment of all students with an option to waive out of the plan each semester by those students who provide evidence of health insurance coverage to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
(2) All question must be submitted no letter then March 23,2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
